Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – San Jose (Moorpark Ave) 3097 Moorpark Ave, Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95128 Join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team where clinical autonomy, mentorship, and patient-centered care come first. At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll practice in a supportive, clinician-led environment designed to help you learn, grow, and thrive.
