Position Summary: As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for conducting basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance tasks on both customer and dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. You may also be called upon to provide in-field service to support our customers, with occasional guidance from the Service Manager, Service Location Manager, Shop Foreman, or senior technicians. Job Responsibilities: - Conduct basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products. - Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. - Initiate self-training opportunities with tools and provided resources by the dealership. - Stay updated on existing products and pursue additional technical and product knowledge through dealers...
