Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Service Manager for Arnot Ogden Medical Center, located in Elmira, New York . Arnot Ogden is a 256 bed facility, where all the staff are union and on the hospital payroll. This person will manage the Environmental Service and Linen Distribution Departments. This is a 2nd shift position (3pm start time) to include every other weekend . This will report directly to the General Manager on- site. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services / Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. What You'll Do: - be responsible for driving patient satisfaction scores. - provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department. - lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives. - effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or - suppot an inclusive workforce.
