Risk Management Analyst

Job description

A Risk Management Analyst is responsible for identifying potential risks that may affect the company's performance and strategize techniques to mitigate risks. The Risk Management Analyst evaluates the operational processes and ensures adherence to business requirements and regulations. They also identify opportunities that would increase the company's brand image to the market and generate more revenue resources to improve profitability. A Risk Management Analyst facilitates training programs and activities for the employees and implements policies to prevent operational delays and process failures. Duties and Responsibilities: - Facilitates the execution of the Credit Union’s Enterprise Risk Management Program (ERM). - Ensures compliance with established Company policies and procedures. - Assists with the identification and management of key operational risk issues. - Lead or assist the implementation of risk assessment process, issues tracking, and measurement of and trend analysis of key risk indicators and key performance indicators. - Supports the Business Lines Management in interpreting findings from regulators, auditors, and compliance reviews, helping address the finding...
