About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a candidate to join our NEXUS Data Domain Stewardship (NDDS) team within Market and Counterparty Risk Management (MCRM). This role is well suited for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a solid understanding of market and/or counterparty risk. In this role, you will monitor, remediate, and govern critical data elements for traded products and support essential reference data (including customer and securities data). Success in this position requires strong data management fundamentals and hands-on SQL skills to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement effective remediation. You will partner regularly with internal teams, line-of-business data partners, and technology stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely risk and regulatory reporting. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in data management (data quality, controls, reconciliation, and issue remediation) and intermediate/advanced SQL (writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries) to investigate data issues and support reporting.
