Behavioral Health Residential Home Manager, will supervise and coordinate the activities of the residential team, assisting the Behavioral Health Residential Program Manager in managing operations, staffing and program budgets. The ideal candidate for this position is caring, compassionate, patient and has a calming demeanor in times of stress. Responsibilities: - Associate degree in Human Service Field required - At least 2 years working in a residential setting required - Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience - Responsible for general oversight of day-to-day activities with in the program including the development of person-centered plans and ensuring residents are working towards their goals.
