Business Architect Reports to: VP, Business Consulting: Location: Remote (US): Role Description: Neocol is seeking a Business Architect to join our Business Consulting Practice. This is a consulting role for a seasoned advisor who leads with business judgment, earns client trust through credibility and empathy, and translates complex business requirements into scalable platform solutions, without writing code. This is not a developer role and not a product SME role. We are looking for someone who has built a career on asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and guiding clients toward better outcomes, and who is ready to deepen their expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) with the support of a structured 3-4 week onboarding ramp. The right candidate brings meaningful consulting experience on Salesforce or a comparable quote-to-cash platform, along with the platform fluency, stakeholder presence, and delivery discipline needed to lead complex engagements from day one.
