What You'll Do As IT Support Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive IT technical support and desktop assistance to staff across various locations, including the New York City area. You will manage audio/visual (A/V) support for corporate meetings and events. This includes setting up and maintaining video conferencing systems, projectors, microphones, and other A/V equipment, ensuring smooth execution of presentations and virtual communications. Your responsibilities will include: Set Up & Installation Provide A/V setup and technical support for meetings, conferences, and presentations, ensuring smooth operation of equipment such as video conferencing systems, projectors, and microphones. Mount, rack, install and support a complex Data closet to included switches, routers, and access points. Work with ISPs to coordinate new installs, moves, and terminations. Technical & Operational Support: Deliver IT and A/V support excellence across all levels of the organization.
