The Janitorial Building Lead is responsible for overseeing all janitorial operations across one or multiple tenant facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment. This role manages daily staff operations, timekeeping, work orders, and service requests while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer responsiveness. The supervisor serves as the primary onsite point of contact, ensuring quick turnaround on tenant needs and efficient coordination with internal departments and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Schedule, and support janitorial staff across multiple tenants and locations Manage employee timekeeping, attendance, PTO, and payroll accuracy Inspect offices, common areas, restrooms, and high-traffic spaces to ensure quality standards are met Create, track, and close work orders; document service completion and follow-up actions Ensure fast turnaround and resolution of tenant requests and complaints Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables; place and track orders Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with safety regulations Conduct routine safety inspections and en...
