Location Fethard, County Tipperary: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You will be an experienced hygiene professional with strong leadership capability and a clear understanding of food manufacturing standards, including: - Previous experience within a hygiene supervisory or management role in food manufacturing - Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene compliance requirements - Experience leading and developing operational teams - Confidence managing hygiene schedules, audits, and compliance documentation - Strong problem-solving and organisational skills - A proactive and collaborative approach when working with Production and Technical teams - The ability to maintain high standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Flexibility to support a 5 over 7 night shift operation Company Information: Sofina Foods isn't just a food company - It’s a place to build your future.
