About the Role: For our Plant in Sant’Angelo Dei Lombardi (AV) , we are currently looking for a Quality Specialist . By covering this role, you will be responsible for the correct application of the Product Food Safety&Quality Specification on production lines, based on guidelines defined by the Food Safety and Quality Group (FSQ) and other external organizations, to ensure that all the manufactured products respect the standards for Quality and Food Safety. You will contribute to generating ideas for continuous improvement and to implementing related actions, as well as supporting employee training, in order to ensure the achievement of quality objectives. Main Responsibilities: As Plant Quality Specialist, you will lead a shift-based team to ensure product compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards within the Production Unit, covering all stages from raw material reception through processing and finished product maturation.
