WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYDAY: As an Analyst, Software Engineer, you will assist in developing, testing, and deploying software solutions and automations that enhance Interra’s internal systems and member services. You will work under the direction of more experienced software engineers to build foundational programming skills and learn how to integrate applications within our environment. You will support automation and system enhancement projects, follow established coding standards, and participate in documenting and communicating technical processes. This role provides hands-on experience with multiple technologies and is designed as an entry point into the Software Engineering career path, with opportunities to grow into more complex development responsibilities over time. Direct Reports: None: HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: 35% Assist in developing and maintaining code for Interra’s systems and automation platforms, including languages and tools such as PowerOn, HTML, PowerShell, Python, and other relevant programming technologies.
