Apartment Service Tech II | South Park by Windsor - Los Angeles, CA This site is a luxury, Mid-Rise apartment community with 284 units on property. Seeking a strong apartment maintenance technician. Must have prior industry experience in a multi-family apartment setting. Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response. Compensation range: $28 per hour plus a quarterly bonus potential up to $400.
