TITLE: Program Budget Analyst: ***CLEARANCE: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.*** LOCATION: Mark Center - Alexandria, VA Required Skills and Relevant Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience with the DoD’s Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution process. - Experience with the DoD’s Program Objective Memorandum cycle, budget estimate process and the President’s budget process. - Minimum 5 years of experience with managing financial programs, projects or budgets. - Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include conducting research and preparing written products to present information. Required Education and Certification: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any field of study.
