Job description

The ideal candidate will provide an efficient, strategic and dedicated focus on the procurement service with structured flexibility to deliver best quality service and optimum value for money for the Uniphar Medtech supply chain function. This role is based in our Northern Cross office, Finglas Dublin 11. The candidate will be working in a team environment in conjunction with the Operations Team, Customer Service Team, Customers, Vendors and Sales Teams. They will demonstrate excellent external and internal customer focus throughout. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Provide an efficient, strategic procurement service with structured flexibility to deliver best quality of service and optimum value for money. Market analysis and inventory profiling to determine Min. Reorder Point and Min. Reorder Qty. parameters for forecasting and replenishment. Pro-actively identify, highlight to management and address potential issues with supply of inventory Maintaining optimum stock levels to ensure continuity of supply to customers while also being mindful and focussed on working capital (stock holding) targets.
