Compensation: $135000 - $155000 / year Position Summary: Assists the project manager in managing rail construction projects including executing plans, organizing, budgeting, and cost reporting. Assists in meeting project requirements and controlling costs by coordinating and effectively utilizing all the resources needed on each project. Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties: - Assists in assessing scope of work and resources required to successfully complete the project. - Assists in verifying estimates based on detailed review of proposal specifications. - Supervises project activities to ensure that the project is executed in accordance with designs, budgets, and schedules; takes appropriate action to minimize the impact of deviations. - Assists with resolution of any problems that may arise during project execution. - Assists with monitoring the efficient use of materials and equip...
