Team Leader - Electronics Development

Carl Zeiss IQS is a global leader in high precision machines and software for industrial quality control.We are looking for a leader of our growing electronics development team in Gdynia. In this position you will be responsible for: - Supervising the team of electronics designers (up to 10 people), - Ensuring realization of electronics development tasks that include: managing requirements, hardware design (schematics, PCB, system level integration), MCU firmware development, compliance (EMC, safety), documentation and transferring to series production, - Taking part in recruitment of new team members, - Ensuring effective communication within the team and with other teams in the organization (including in Germany), - Business trips to Germany (Oberkochen), - Overview and participation in improvement of engineering development processes, - Leading development projects.
