Description Job Description: Night Watch Youth Mentor Time commitment: Part-Time with 24-32 hours/week Report to: Night Watch Supervisor: Schedule: 10:00pm-7:00am Potential Split Shifts: 10:00pm-3:00am or 3:00am-7:00am Days TBD: The night watch staff is the person who is directly responsible for the physical safety and security needs of each student during nighttime hours as well as select clerical and custodial needs of the organization. Restrictions/Prohibitions: - Monitoring and maintaining boundaries surrounding lights out and bed-time protocols - Performing assigned Q10 minute checks - Enforcing students rules as needed - Charting in each student’s medical record under mentor - Communicating and reporting to shift supervisor - Supporting and assisting all other Telos departments in their job descriptions (i.e., nursing general cleaning and maintenance, answering telephones) as allowed by staffing ratios - Participating on assigned committees or special assignments - Assisting with runaway retrieval - Complying with and carrying out nighttime building and security protocols - Completing assigned cleaning chores - Assisting in filing and charting as assigned and as needed - Admi...
