Key Responsibilities: - Research, evaluate, and document complex accounting topics, such as revenue recognition, software capitalization, debt, derivatives, investments, goodwill, intangible assets, and business combinations - Support the review of contracts by partnering with business and legal teams to ensure accounting considerations are addressed early and transactions are structured to achieve both business objectives and GAAP compliance - Develop well-supported, timely accounting memos on complex accounting issues in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policies - Monitor regulatory and industry changes to ensure compliance and advise on their impact - Maintain effective internal controls over assigned accounting processes - Assist...
