Foster Plumbing is seeking an experienced Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to support and strengthen our preconstruction efforts across commercial plumbing projects. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of estimating experience who takes pride in building accurate, well-structured estimates and wants to play a larger role in how projects are selected, planned, and executed. You’ll work closely with operations, project management, and leadership to ensure the work we pursue aligns with our capabilities, supports steady field execution, and delivers strong financial outcomes. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the business and a direct impact on project success.
