With over 9,000 acres in California’s Central Valley, POM Wonderful is committed to unleashing the antioxidant power of our handpicked pomegranates. The Production Supervisor will be trained and assigned on a rotational schedule to support and lead key operational areas Juice processing, Arils processing and Sanitation. Working across these functions, the supervisor will collaborate with Quality, and Maintenance teams to validate Standard Work Sequences (SWS), drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), prevent over-production, and uphold high standards of product integrity, safety and cleanliness. During peak season, this role will serve as a pivotal leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and cross-department collaboration.
