This software ensures accurate laser steering and supports the stability and efficiency of EUV light generation. As a Computer Science intern, you will help improve the long‑term reliability of the team’s model‑driven development approach. You will work in a collaborative environment where specialists share knowledge and solve challenges together. This Computer Science internship gives you a chance to contribute directly to our next‑generation EUV technology. Your assignment: You will strengthen the structure and maintainability of software used to control laser beam actuators. You will build on an existing model and a model‑based code generator, and you will improve how these components are organized and extended. Your work will support future scalability while ensuring clear separation of concerns in both the model and the generator. Your main responsibilities will be: This is a bachelor or masters (thesis) internship for a minimum of 4-6 months, 4-5 days per week (3 days on‑site).
