W ORK LOCATION: Ann Arbor, MI FLSA STATUS: Exempt: S ALARY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000 annually . This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment. SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor works with site leadership and the production team to establish, optimize and meet production goals. Goals are driven by the needs of our customers and are expected to fall within budget and scope in the production of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC), lithium polymer batteries and supporting products. This position directs and supervisors a team in collaboration with and direction from the Production Manager. This position is both tactical and strategic in nature.
