Company: Marsh Description: The role is for a Solution Consulting Lead, part of the Darwin Implementation Leadership team, responsible for driving technical consulting best practice, and supporting solution scoping and design. The role involves representing delivery in the client readiness process, collaborating with sales, product and delivery teams to validate proposals, confirm slot sizing and readiness, and escalate risks where mitigation is required. The role provides Darwin technical expertise and acts as the primary escalation point for complex consulting challenges, champions innovation including AI and automation across delivery and knowledge sharing to ensure high-quality consulting delivery. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, expertise in Darwin and experience with employee benefits software and enterprise SaaS delivery.
