Sunshine Cleaning/Pritchard Industries is seeking to hire Floor Technicians . As a Floor Technician, you will be operating various janitorial equipment, including scrubbers, carpet extractors, vacuums, restroom cleaners, shop vacs, scissor lift, and swing arm machines. You will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, finishing, and buffing all hard floors and corridors, stripping and sealing floors and corridors, stripping and sealing restroom floors, maintaining carpet, including vacuuming, shampooing, extracting, and spot cleaning. You will also have miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: The Floor Technician reports to the Shift Manager or Team Lead and receives work assignments and work supervision from the same.
