To effectively assist the Branch Manager to operate a branch. Coach staff and maintain business relations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent management experience. Minimum of one year branch team member experience. Mortgage Certification. Business Account Certification. Signature Guarantee/Medallion Stamp Certification, Notary Public. Ability to work with other department supervisors. Ability to supervise all personnel within the branch. Ability to effectively work and communicate with Administration.
