This Schemes Development Manager role is ideal for someone with a strong underwriting background who can bring technical insight to the development, enhancement, and governance of specialist schemes. Working closely with the Schemes Manager, you’ll help shape new propositions, refine existing products, and drive the continued expansion of our digital trading capability. You’ll play a key part in identifying complementary products, exploring potential scheme acquisitions, and supporting the growth of 24/7 e‑trade platforms. Your underwriting experience will be essential in ensuring scheme integrity, maintaining robust documentation, and supporting performance reviews and product governance.
