About the role We’re looking for a Senior Systems Modeller to join our Water Services team, leading the design and delivery of innovative “source-to-tap” optimisation solutions. This is a key technical and leadership role where you’ll use advanced hydraulic modelling, data analytics, and smart technologies to improve system performance, reduce costs and carbon, and enhance water quality and customer outcomes. You’ll either lead a team of modellers or act as a technical expert, working across the business to shape investment decisions, influence strategy, and deliver high-impact projects. What you’ll be doing: - Leading the identification, development and delivery of system-based optimisation solutions across water networks - Using hydraulic modelling and analytics tools to drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies - Collaborating across engineering, operations, and asset management teams to shape investment programmes - Developing and presenting robust business cases for optimisation projects - Supporting the rollout of innovative technologies and smart water solutions
