Job Summary: This full-time Fieldman position will be responsible for the operation and normal upkeep and maintenance of the equipment that gathers, conditions, measures and handles gas, oil, and production water. Ensure all facility and equipment problems/issues are addressed in a timely fashion to maintain the integrity of gathering facilities and systems for all its customers. The work environment is out-of-doors in facilities from small to large in ambient conditions, including high wind, dust, ambient heat and cold, and noise. The Fieldman will work independently and with other personnel to maintain and operate equipment and processes within our Delaware Basin Midstream Operations. This position is located in Western Midstream’s Delaware Basin as a member of the Delaware Basin team in Kermit, TX Qualifications: - Minimum 1+ year of experience in oil and gas production facilities with 5 years preferred - A basic understanding of oil and gas operations and working knowledge of natural gas process equipment is considered a significant plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook - Mature, professional and self-initiating individual who will deliver stro...
