Senior Youth Worker Fixed Term Contract (23 Months): JNC 22 - 25 - £38,575 - £41,755: Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5. hours per week: Birmingham Youth Service is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Youth Worker to lead delivery at the Young Futures Hub, a flagship youth‑led space designed to support young people to thrive, feel safe, and access positive future pathways. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 23 months. This is a key leadership role for someone who is motivated to make a real difference for young people and play a central role in delivering the Government’s new Youth Strategy, supporting young people aged 10–18 (up to 25 for SEND) to improve wellbeing, access opportunities and progress positively.
