Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh Risk as the Senior Placement Broker, Property working in our Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Senior Placement Broker, Property We will count on you to: Lead strategic insurance placements end-to-end—develop go-to-market plans, prepare high-quality underwriting submissions, obtain and negotiate quotes, and bind accurate placement binders. Manage client relationships as the primary adviser—gather risk information, present placement strategies, run renewal and strategy meetings, and deliver clear market engagement updates. Coordinate with markets and underwriters—identify appropriate carriers, negotiate terms, and secure cost‑effective, fit-for-purpose coverage aligned to client objectives. Provide practical risk advisory—assess exposures (including natural catastrophe), advise clients on market changes, and ensure programs meet evolving risk profiles.
