Position Title: Supervisor-Building Services Department: Plant Operations: Term of Assignment: Continuing: Term End Date, If Applicable: FLSA Status: Exempt = not eligible for overtime Work Schedule: Traditionally Monday-Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm with occasional evening and weekend work required. Salary: Targeted Salary Range: $51,000-$53,400: Travel: Less than 10%: Brief Statement of Duties: Brief Statement of Duties: Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the custodial and service activities in the department. Perform administrative duties such as budget management, maintain all ordering of supplies and equipment, coordinate and supervise set-ups for special events and work closely with other supervisors and personnel in setting up for routine events and special employee needs.
