Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Technical Lead What’s the role?: As a Senior Technical Lead, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving Westpac’s next‑generation Digital Banker platform, used daily by frontline teams across sales and servicing. You’ll work as part of cross‑functional squads within Consumer Technology, contributing to a major simplification program focused on improving staff experience, customer outcomes, and system reliability. This is a permanent role based in Sydney (Barangaroo) or Gold Coast (Surfers Paradise), with flexible working arrangements available. You’ll be hands‑on, collaborative, and passionate about building well‑designed, scalable software that makes a real difference.
