Overview The Labor & Incremental Profit Opportunity (“IPO”) Lead Insights Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high degree of analytical competence as they partner with product leads, analytics engineers, business partners, and field staff to discover, test, and deliver insights to Restaurants that drive better decisions. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the advanced analytics for Restaurant profit opportunity and labor benchmarking and enhancing the suite of reporting insights for Operators. This role will develop and maintain a high level of subject matter expertise for labor and profit opportunity data, benchmarking and reporting products for Restaurants. Using their comprehensive knowledge, this role will be the point of contact for Restaurant/Operator and staff questions on use of the data and reporting. He or she will also be responsible for recommending and deploying changes based on Operator feedback to data systems.
