Position Summary: The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) plays a vital role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑facing services throughout each patient visit. PCAs work both at the front desk/lobby and within the health center, ensuring compassionate, professional, and efficient care at every touchpoint. PCAs serve as a welcoming first point of contact for patients and provide essential clinical and administrative support under the supervision and delegation of licensed clinical staff.
