We have an exciting opportunity at our North Kingstown, RI facility for an Engineering Manager! The Role: The Engineering Manager provides engineering leadership across process optimization, raw material management, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and technical support for manufacturing operations. The role partners closely with Operations, Quality, and Business Teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet strict purity, safety, and regulatory requirements expected within the semiconductor materials supply chain. The Engineering Manager is responsible for developing engineering talent, improving process performance, supporting capital investments, and ensuring technical rigor across all engineering activities at the site.
