We’re looking for a fun, organised and people-loving Event Coordinator to bring our York St office to life. From social events and brand activations to running our Thursday bar, you’ll create the moments that keep our people connected, engaged and excited to show up. What you’ll do: In this highly connected role at the heart of the office, you’ll build strong relationships and gain exposure across different teams. This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion and is a great springboard for those interested in future opportunities – previous Event Coordinators have moved into EA roles, Marketing, P&C and beyond. - Plan and deliver a calendar of engaging, inclusive events - Run end-to-end events and activations in our York St bar - Lead Thursday bar service (volunteers, RSA, good vibes) - Keep the bar clean, stocked and ready to go - Manage stock ordering and rotations - Own bar rosters and volunteer sign-ups - Create fun, clear internal event comms - Provide reception cover when needed How it works: - 2 days per week (15.2 hours) - Thursday 11:00am – 7:00pm...
