Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting for a cleaning operative for our FM segment of the business and you will be based at the Crown Meadow School in Alvechurch. This is a term time only position working 43 weeks per year. 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 6:30pm. Pay: £12.65 Per Hour. Making Possible - Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises. - Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate. - Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas. - Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste. - Clean and maintain waste bins. - Refill and replace consumables. - Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person. - Lock rooms after cleaning. - Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate. - Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times. - Ensure compliance by self and others with al...
