Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a Per Diem/On-Call, Day Shift position. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.
