Child Find teams need to be available for evaluations and IEP development during six weeks of the summer to ensure compliance. This job will require Special Education Teachers and the following special service providers: Speech-Language Pathologist, School Psychologist, School Nurse, Occupational Therapist, and BCBA - Over the summer to perform evaluations based on areas of need outlined in the referral. ** As part of the DCTA contract, the determined rate for all teacher and SSP summer extra pay positions has been set at $49.023 per hour. All staff must be interviewed and hired through the seasonal position.
