Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for curating an exceptional workplace experience for not only our employees, but customers, dignitaries, and collaborators. This role will manage the appearance of GE Vernova’s Advanced Research Center including, but not limited it, janitorial, landscaping, and plowing services. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Workplace Maintenance and Cleaning: - Ensure that the workplace is clean and well-maintained, including common areas, offices, and restrooms. - Manage the cleaning, landscaping, and plowing schedules and ensure that all areas are tour ready at all times. - Identify and report any maintenance issues to the facilities team. Material Management: - Manage the inventory of office supplies, paper products, and other materials or consumables. - Ensure that all necessary materials are stocked and available for employees. - Coordinate with vendors to order and receive materials.
