You are the person colleagues rely on, the person the store manager can build on, and the person customers are naturally go to. You help travelers from all over the world find the product that suits them, while at the same time keeping an eye on the team. Is someone struggling? You step in. Could the presentation be improved? You take action. Together with the store manager, you make sure the store is always at its best: shelves fully stocked, products presented in a way that stands out, and promotions that cannot be missed. You know what is going on, you keep quality standards high, and you make sure everyone understands what you are working towards together.
