The position requires the person to: - Expertly perform a variety of complex and specialized duties, which require a thorough knowledge of the function performed. - Effectively communicate by phone or letters as requested - May be responsible for the direction and training of others. - Assists with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request.
