Job description
Responsibilities: Major Responsibility Typical Frequency: % of Overall Workload Importance Ranking: Execute standardized testing protocols including conducting tests on components, assemblies, systems, full vehicles, and software for use on construction equipment with minimal supervision. Daily operation of testing programs while keeping detailed logs of test activity and results. Continual detailed documentation of Reliability Growth testing including Customer Demonstration Test (CDT), Customer Demonstration Audits (CDA), Product Verification Audits (PVA) and Pre Production Partner (PPP) testing with operators. Daily: 30% 2=Critical to Div/Dept. Setup and installation of data acquisition equipment and automation hardware for use on component and full vehicle testing. Application of various types of instrumentation on machines such as flow meters, thermocouples, pressure transducers, and strain gages. 15% 3=Critical to Job Setup and operate environmental test equipment such as HALT chambers, Temperature/Humidity chambers and Electro-Dynamic shakers. 10% 3=Critical to Job Maintenance of test facility, equipment and machines.
