Overview Case Planner/Case Management: ~Now Hiring~ FT, $23.00/hour, Benefits: PPS-Family Services: The Salvation Army, Syracuse Area Services SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION: My name is Gena, and I am the Manager for the Preventive Service Program (PPS) Team here at The Salvation Army. My program is currently seeking to hire a new member to specialize in Case Management services. As a member of the PPS Team you will work directly with children and caregivers in their homes providing education, support, and guidance that promotes safety, stability, and healthy development. We typically assign Case Planners to a case load of 14-20 families here in Onondaga County. My Team's main goal is to reduce risks for the families we help and prevent foster care placements of their children.
