Senior Systems Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing, supporting, and continuously improving virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup and recovery environments, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate is an automation-first engineer who can modernize traditional infrastructure management through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scalable automation. Other responsibilities include support for Windows server environments, NAS/SAN infrastructure, monitoring/observability platforms, and related core infrastructure services Roles & Responsibilities: - Oversee implementation and configuration of systems engineering projects - Implement and optimize virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V, containers, etc.) - Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Salt. - Automate provisioning, configuration, and administrative workflows via scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.) - Support and improve SAN/NAS environments - Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and forecasting - Recommend immediate-impact improvements - Conduct for...
