Job Description CWS is seeking a highly motivated Talent Support Coordinator who is capable of supporting a technical recruiting and HR team in our Fairview Heights, IL location. The candidate will aid recruiting, HR leadership, and program management in a growing government contract business. The Talent Support Coordinator role will be responsible for assisting in a number of HR and recruiting processes and procedures while serving as a resource to our incoming employees as well as our standing workforce.
