We are continuously growing, and we are looking for a Regional Growth Account Manager to join our UniQue International Enterprise Private & Public team. What will you be bringing to the team? - Own and expand existing strategic accounts in Romania , ensuring revenue protection, growth, and customer satisfaction - Develop and execute growth strategy across Romania and CEE , identifying whitespace and priority markets - Build and execute account and territory plans , aligned with Uni Systems’ portfolio and regional strategy - Engage directly with C‑level stakeholders (business and operations) - Position Uni Systems as a systems integrator and long‑term transformation partner - Articulate and translate customer needs across Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Managed Services & Application Modernization, Customer Experience & Digital Platforms - Lead complex sales cycles end‑to‑end , coordinating pre‑sales, delivery, and partners - Own pipeline generation, forecasting, deal governance, and execution excellence - Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, capable of translating complex b...
