Day-to-day responsibilities: - Customer service of B2B customers in Switzerland mainly in written communication using Italian language. - Providing support including financial queries (both transactional business and basic accounting), answering product questions, implementing contract changes. - Preparing customer reporting, account statements, conducting reconciliation. - Utilizing available system landscape to find satisfying solutions for customer queries. - Cooperating with internal stakeholder network and external business partners. - Active assistance in all areas of the team, including participation in problem-solving activities and implementation of agreed solutions.
