Location: Perth,Western Australia,Australia The Key Account Manager – WA is responsible for achieving sales and gross profit growth across Western Australia by developing new business and strengthening existing key customer relationships. This hands‑on role is focused on delivering engineering‑based solutions, executing territory sales strategies, and providing exceptional service to both new and existing customers. You will work closely with the Senior Key Account Manager WA, technical engineering teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive sustainable value and support our customers’ success. Main Responsibilities: - Develop annual territory call plans and conduct a minimum of 15 quality site visits per week - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Map key account structures and decision-making processes - Maintain accurate CRM data including visit reports and opportunity updates - Support and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive territory growth - Present and sell value-added engineering solutions - Track and report on sales performance vs. budget (monthly, quarterly, annually) - Prepare detailed quotations and tenders, liaising with t...
